 I've used a variety of ships to run these sites...Moa, VNI, Gila, Stratios and Cerberus.

 With the Cerberus, burn thru the first room to the Security gate, kill everything but any sentry guns in the second and third room.  Put the Precision script back in cargo before entering the last room.  Burn straight to the Stronghold and tank everything else.  Destroy and loot the Stronghold and get out.

+Loot lately (spring, 2025) can be 150 to 250 million in a DED 3.
-On June 16, 2021 I got an escalation to one of these sites in 0.3 losec space.  I took a Moa out for this run, which I haven't flown in quite a while.  It ran the site just fine, without even needing to kick in the shield booster.  Loot obtained was not as lucrative as last time, but still good at 32.9 million.  The Moa fit used included an eclectic set of guns.

-On July 23, 2021, I ran another one of these sites in the same MOA as above.  It was not a particular challenge.  This one was a few jumps deep into nulsec.  I've been getting a fair number of DED3 and DED5 escalations lately, but typically do not run even the DED3 sites because they've always been in unfamiliar nulsec territory.  The location of today's escalation was in a general area I know to be almost empty lately.  So I went for it.
-The loot was on par with expectations.  34 million isk total, 27 of which was the single Corelli A-Type 1MN Afterburner, 4.1 in overseer effects, and a nice Davedevil BPC worth somewhere between 25-40 million based on contracts at this time.

-I ran three of these sites on July 23, 2021.  En route to a fourth site, I got caught in a bubble in nulsec and lost the Moa.  While I have another Moa on hand, I'm far from a trade hub and don't have everything I need to be feel comfortable in it.
-On July 26, 2021, I got two escalations back to back running hisec combat anomalies.  One was in 0.5 space.  I ran this one in a Stratios, just for the fun of it.  This is normally a stupid move, as losing this ship would hurt vs a Moa.  I just wanted to see how it would run it, which it did handily, though at one point the rats almost got to my armor.  EDIT - they got thru my shields only because I failed to kite them.
-What's equally as memorable is that this site also produced a Daredevil BPC...that's two in a row.  The rest of the loot was so so.  No Coreli modules.
-This is also the first time I managed to get all of the overseer effects possible (i.e. 5 thru 9).  You need to run thru both the check-in tunnel and security corridor to do this.  So run one of them, warp out of the site, warp back in, and run the other tunnel.  Easy.  We're not talking a lot of loot...all five of them only get you about 4.4 million isk.

-On Wednesday, 8/5/21, I got two of these escalations back to back when running hisec combat anomalies.  Both escations were in 0.2 space in Aimoguier. Both were run consecutively in a Moa.  The first site netted 36 million in loot, with 33.4 of it in a Coreli A-Type 5MN Microwarpdrive.  The second site netted a record 134 million isk, with a 101 million Coreli A-Type Multispectrum Coating, and 29.5 in a Coreli A-Type 1MN Afterburner,

-On Wednesday, 10/6/21, I picked up the following new record loot in a site in .04 space, which was an escalation from a Serpentis Hideway in 0.6 space.   Note this was another case of getting 3 Coreli modules.

-On Wednesday, 12/28/22, I scanned down one of these sites in a 0.4 losec system, and came away with 184 million.  On Friday, 2/17/23 I also came way with 184 million.  That particular site was found the day before, but was not run till this morning.  Somehow it survived the night - lucky for me.

-I have no idea what's going on, but on July 23 and 24 I got a crazy number of escalations.  All of these are from hisec combat anomalies, and these particular escalations are all DED3/10.  This morning I got two back to back in 2 anomalies.  And after a few more got a third!
-Running the first one, in nulsec, I got 46 million in loot.  Yes, I used the trusty Moa with the eclectic gun collection.  The overseer effects came in at 3.8 million.  The Coreli A-Type Thermal Coating was only 2.4 million. The Shadow Serpentis Small Armor Repairer was about 6 million.  The money pot was the Coreli A-Type 5MN Microwarpdrive at 33.1 million.

-Between the evening of August 6 and afternoon of August 7, I got a total of 11 DED3 and DED5 escalations.  Wow.
