There are:
These can be seen like any other combat anomaly without scanning equipment.
T1 frigates only. Stay within 4km of spire. Enemies orbit up to between 2-8km away. Shoot shuttles that try to escape for extra loot. Shuttles can get up to 10km away. Drones are good for chasing down the shuttles. The Unstable Generators can be destroyed to do AOE damage to yourself and/or enemy ships. After timer is complete (600s), kill the Nullprime Squall boss that spawns.
This Incursus fit was more than adequate to do a class 1. I would orbit the spire at 500m the whole time. It is cap stable with a single armor repairer running, so leave one going the entire time. Kill anything that spawns. If a shuttle spawns, immediately switch target, launch the drone and kill it. Recall drone to keep it alive until next shuttle. The Incursus firepower is enough to stay ahead of the wave spawns. When the Nullprime Squall boss spawns, launch the drone, orbit at optimal, and run both armor repairers.

Loot:
About 4 million in Cybernetic Neural Lattices for ~10 minutes, plus skin dye which depends entirely on the market.
Very similar to class 1 with Relentless Ventures. 600s timer, 4km range on spire. The spawn rate is much faster though. The Incursus fit from Class 1 could not keep up. A T1 destroyer or T2 frigate is recommended.
Some notable ewar:
This Retribution fit handled it just fine. Similar strategy to the Incursus fit, orbit spire at 500m, cap stable with a single rep going the whole time. Conflag ammo works throughout the whole engagement, even to take down the shuttles. Near the end, with the largest spawn, double rep is not NEEDED but keeps it quite comfortable to stay high in armor. The nos is nice bonus but not even necessary. Single rep is more than enough to handle boss.

Class 3 is just like Class 1 and 2, but more difficult with more rapid spawns, multiple Garmurs at once, and two waves with a cruiser. Overall though, using my Confessor fit it was a total breeze. They only spawn in low-sec which is the biggest danger. In Class 3, the shuttles drop more than just the Cybernetic Neural Lattices and also drop boosters or skin dye. The Nullprime boss also drops boosters. No boosters have dropped in the Class 1-2 in high sec that I've seen. Boosters can sell for a lot. One booster from a shuttle is worth around 30 million.
I used a Confessor T3 Destroyer in sharpshooter mode, with a similar fit to the Class 1-2 fits. Lots of cap recharging in lieu of propulsion along with a double armor repair in the lows. Same strategy too. Orbit spire at 500m, use Conflag the whole time, and just blast. Focus shuttles when they spawn. Leave one armor rep going the whole time. The nos are only useful when a cruiser spawns as they have enough cap to actually steal, but it isn't necessary at all. It can probably be done with a single rep but the double rep makes tanking absolutely no concern as long as you keep up the dps. The ventures can be killed in 1-2 volley.
NOTE: My first one was easy…the second one, I lost my Confessor. Near the end, when the massive wave spawns around 460 seconds, I switched ammo to try and get the shuttles that were far away. This took too much time and then I was taking tons of damage from the large wave. Then I switched into defensive mode and tried to kill the cruiser. My optimal range and dmg was lower in defensive mode and I wasn't killing the cruiser fast enough, and the whole time the 20 ventures were beating on me. I couldn't make it. If I did it again, I would probably focus on widdling down the ventures first rather than trying to kill the cruiser first. Dang. I could have also used the optional destroyable bombs to kill a bunch of ventures. There goes 140 mil or so. I could make that back in less than 10 Class 2 sites in only a couple Class 3 sites, 5 max if only counting the Lattices and not even counting the lucrative booster drops. The problem is necessarily the money though, it's getting a Confessor down here in Solitude.

Loot:
Around 28 million in Cybernetic Neural Lattices for 10 minutes.
Tried with a T1 cruiser and got demolished. Warp scrambled, webbed, neuted, dead quickly. Will definitely need something bigger (or a fleet?)
This is another lucrative event. Besides daily login rewards, there are event data sites and combat sites. I ran a number of each. The loot does not seem to vary between high, low and null sec. While my experience with past events is that a lot of the loot value is in skins, and that value is questionable, this event was different. Yes, there were skins, but they were a much smaller percentage of all loot.
The data sites can be failed multiple times. Sometimes they're easy, sometimes not. No particular surprises. Loot varies from a few million to 50+. Their scanning difficulty is always 3. They always contain a single can. If you warp to 0 on the site, you will always drop in about 33 km from the can.
Loot from the combat sites is on the average higher than the data sites. The combat sites do not have to be scanned down. They are readily visible as combat anomalies. They can be challenging. If you have a pass key, you can go thru the secure gate in the first room to the final room any time you're not warp disrupted or scrambled. I never ran one of these combat sites without one of those keys. Those keys will be occasionally found in data sites and as loot from the combat sites.
I used a Gila for all the combat sites. It was dodgy at times.
If you use my fit (shown below), be certain to kill all neuting ships first. The neuting can spell your death. They are always frigates. And since you're using slower moving medium drones, be sure to also use missiles on those particular ships. Your reload time is quite long, so plan accordingly. Often you'll have multiple ships neuting you. I would often put missiles on one and drones on another. By all means, before the boss ship appears, you want to have a full load of missiles.
There were a few times when I went to zero cap when fighting the boss. Keep the faith. Before your cap gets too low, turn off one or both of the multispectrum shield hardeners.
You will be warp disrupted and scrambled almost the entire time you're in any of the rooms, so once you enter, you're in the site till you complete it or are destroyed.
During the entire event, I lost no ships, and lost maybe two drones due to inattention. Micromanagement of your drones is essential. Almost all the time, I used the Caldari Navy Vespas, but occasionally used one Hammerhead II and one Vespa. Vary your missile ammo based on enemy vulnerabilities. When the boss appears, ignore everything else. Burn towards him, and be sure to put both missiles and drones on him. As soon as he is destroyed, any other rats on grid will warp away.
The fit has no prop mod. You do need all the shield EHP you can get. Cycle one or even both of the multispectrum shield hardeners as needed to preserve cap. The smart money would have dropped a mobile tractor unit, as it's darn slow to move between wrecks with this fit.
Approximate cost of this fit as of this writing is 350 million isk.
